Payments

To secure your booking and guarantee the services requested, we kindly ask for a deposit in advance. The specific amount will depend on both the contracted service as well as how much time is left until it begins. Our management team reserves this right to decide what constitutes an appropriate advance payment sum each individual situation requires.

Planning a special escape this holiday season? Make sure you get your reservations in early! To book hotels or take advantage of unique train journeys during peak times, be sure to put down full payment ahead of time.

Cancellation Policy:

We urge you to inform us in writing if there is an unavoidable need for cancelling your tour/travel services. Once we receive the written notification, cancellation charges will come into effect based on the following conditions:

  • Pre-planning is necessary for an enjoyable travel experience.
  • When booking with us, 45 days in advance requires 10% of the tour cost, 15 days ahead demands 25%, and 7 days prior to arrival necessitates 50%.
  • Refunds are unavailable within 48 hours before check-in or if there is a “no show.”

Note: Cancellations are accepted on all working days except Sunday. If sent on a Sunday, they will be handled the following business day – Monday.

As we prepare to enter the holiday season, it’s important to understand our cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel after commencement of your trip, partial refunds may be available depending on what can be recovered from contarctors and suppliers used for services such as accommodation or transportation; however no reimbursement will be made in cases of unused hotel stays, chartered transportations or missed meals.

After we finalize your tour cost, please be aware that any additional charges due to fluctuating government taxes and entrance fees/guide costs may apply. However, changing circumstances such as weather or road conditions can redirect our course in order to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all participants on the trip. Our rates are always competitive due to the ongoing negotiations we maintain with our hotel and airline partners. However, it is possible that they may adjust prices without prior notice; if so, any modifications will be immediately reflected in future quotes from us. Furthermore, usual check-in/check-out times apply for all bookings unless otherwise stated within an itinerary document. Despite every measure taken by our staff towards mitigating interruptions or delays caused by unexpected events such as natural disasters, flight cancellations; mechanical issues -we can not accept responsibility for resulting expenses incurred directly or indirectly under these circumstances.

We have made every effort to ensure your safety and satisfaction; however, there may be certain unforeseen events that are out of our control. These could include natural disasters, accidents or breakdowns in machinery/equipment, wars/civil disturbances, thefts or even unexpected medical circumstances. Therefore we cannot take responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of such occurrences during the course of your journey.
